Community Mental Health Practitioner – Hybrid & Autonomy

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner in Malvern. You’ll work with people with a range of mental health needs, representing the service in GP surgeries, and developing longer-term therapeutic relationships within a supportive, friendly team.

The role offers autonomy with supervision, some homeworking, travel to surgeries and base, and participation in MDTs and professional meetings.
