Cluster Store Manager – Drive Sales & Team Growth

Crew Clothing Swindon is seeking a Cluster Store Manager to lead our team and drive store sales and KPI performance across stores in the cluster. The role requires accountability for recruiting, developing and motivating staff, while maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and delivering a memorable customer experience.

The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a focus on delivering consistent growth and a high standard of customer service in a premium fashion environment.
