Manufacturing Quality Engineer: RCCA & MRB Lead

Ashby Finance in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead daily quality improvement activities across manufacturing areas, drive defect reduction, MRB governance, RCCA investigations and permanent corrective actions to improve right-first-time performance and reduce scrap and rework.

The role focuses on developing quality dashboards, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and suppliers to protect customer satisfaction.
