Medicines Optimisation Lead — Primary Care Impact (NHS)

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Medicines Optimisation Technician Lead to join the LMO Medicines Optimisation Team. This pivotal role supports the Medicines Optimisation Strategy and aims to improve patient outcomes across primary care services.

You will work with GP practices, Primary Care Networks and prescribers to promote safe, effective, and cost-efficient medicines use, undertake reviews and data‑informed quality initiatives, and mentor other pharmacy staff.
