Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

Overview

In this role you will lead complex infrastructure projects, guiding delivery from plan to handover. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to meet objectives and drive outcomes that support the firm’s role in major programmes. You’ll mentor junior project managers and help shape the delivery culture across the South-East region. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle
• Manage contracts and project controls, including financials, health and safety, quality and environmental management
• Develop and coach project teams, fostering collaboration in challenging environments
• Stakeholder management and building trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners
• Plan, coordinate multiple work streams and communicate with senior client representatives
• Lead project teams on large projects or programmes
• Support procurement activities and vendor/contractor coordination when required
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and drive for delivering solutions under pressure
