HSE Officer – Shape Safer Campuses & Culture

Blackburn College is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Officer to support strategic direction in Health, Safety and Environment and to monitor adherence to the HSE Management System. The role involves travelling to campus sites from the Blackburn training location and promoting a positive safety culture across the organisation.

You will lead risk assessments, develop and implement safety initiatives, and influence senior leaders to drive improvements.
