High-Performance HR Placement: Data & People Insights

ALPINE RACING LIMITED is seeking an HR Placement Student for a 1-year placement based in Enstone. You will support HRBPs with operational and strategic initiatives, deliver people insights, and assist in recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning projects.

You will gain exposure across the employee lifecycle, HR data, and culture initiatives; contribute to decision making and talent development in a high-performance Formula One environment.
