Chilled Warehouse Team Leader – 20+ Staff, 2:30–11:30

Reynolds Food Group in Waltham Cross is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our National Distribution Centre. You will be the first point of contact on the warehouse floor, guiding daily operations and leading a team of 20+ operatives to meet targets and service levels.

The role covers receipt, storage, picking and dispatch, health and safety, KPI delivery and reporting. You will support scheduling, training and performance management while driving efficiency improvements in a chilled FMCG
