Chef de Partie – Hospice Kitchen (4/7 Rotas) + Shift Allowance

St Columba’s Hospice Care in Edinburgh is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. You will prepare meals, maintain high cleanliness standards and supervise staff and volunteers, delivering a compassionate hospitality service to patients, visitors and staff.

The role is 37.5 hours per week on a 4-out-of-7 rota (weekends/bank holidays). Starting salary £30,212 WTE plus £3,000 shift allowance, rising to £31,363 after 12 months of satisfactory performance.
