Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced GP Pharmacist to cover maternity leave within a General Practice team. The post holder will provide clinical pharmacy leadership, perform structured medication reviews, medicines optimisation, and support repeat prescribing, with integration across community and hospital pharmacy.
