Site Manager

The CSR group are working with leading Tier 1 main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on an education project in South Dublin.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and maintain exceptional standards across all aspects of construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and manage site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor programme schedules and drive progress to meet key milestones
• Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
• Coordinate site logistics, resources, and materials effectively
• Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and senior management
• Ensure accurate site records and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Experience delivering education, commercial, or similarly complex builds preferred
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety and construction best practices
• Relevant construction qualification and valid Safe Pass
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Package

• Salary €75,000 €95,000 (depending on experience)
• Company vehicle and fuel card
