Fast-Paced Retail Ops Assistant

Marks & Spencer in Ripon is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, focusing on stock control, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work to keep our store running smoothly.

You’ll work across shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with an unsocial night premium of £3.00 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. You’ll use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, staying focused, accurate, and ready to serve customers.
