Principal Civil/Structural Engineer – Bristol Growth Lead

BakerHicks is seeking a Principal Civil or Structural Engineer for our Bristol office. You will lead design delivery, act as technical lead, and contribute to developing our Civil & Structural capability in the region.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, review complex projects, and mentor engineers while driving successful tenders and project delivery. A Chartered status and UK security clearance eligibility are expected.
