Elite Football Mental Performance Leader

Norwich City Football Club is seeking an experienced Head of Mental Performance to drive elite performance through psychology and wellbeing. The role is full-time at the Avant Training Centre in Norwich, reporting into the Performance department.

The successful candidate will lead psychology services, embed mental skills in coaching, and support players, teams and leaders with evidence-based interventions. A postgraduate psychology qualification and HCPC/BPS registration are essential.
