Strategic Change Manager — Major Programs (Hybrid)

Historic England is inviting applications for a Change Manager to lead change management across major programmes and coach leaders on smaller initiatives. The role requires identifying change impact, coordinating rollout and training, and designing interventions to drive mind-set and skills aligned with the Strategic Plan.

The post holder will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage interdependencies, and support an organisation-wide change approach within a hybrid work model.
