Harris Hill is delighted to support a leading animal welfare organisation in the search for an Innovation Strategy Manager to join its Innovation Team. The role focuses on shaping and delivering the organisation’s strategy, identifying trends and translating insights into practical action across teams.

You will build a strong pipeline, work with external partners and ensure evidence informs decisions. The position is based in Battersea, London with a hybrid working model (50% office-based).
