Senior Pre-Construction Manager: CAT A/B Fit-Out

Unispace Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead full pre-construction for CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, applying JCT Design & Build 2024. This senior role owns bids from enquiry to contract award and interfaces with clients, PMs, QSs, and consultants.

You will oversee estimating, design management, services (MEP), procurement and consultant input, ensuring bids are commercially sound, fully scoped, and de-risked for smooth handover to delivery teams.
