Primary English Improvement Lead – Reading & Writing

Greenshaw Learning Trust invites applications for a Primary School Improvement Lead specialising in English. You will support schools across the South West, working with the Director of Primary Education to raise standards in reading, phonics, and writing from nursery to Year 6.

You will lead English networks, develop CPD, implement strategy, and onboard new schools while promoting equity and inclusion across diverse contexts.
