Room Leader – Lead Early Years & Team Growth

Kids Planet Irlam is seeking a Room Leader to lead a dedicated room, ensuring high-quality care and early education in line with EYFS standards. You will support and develop a team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

The role requires Level 3 in early years, strong EYFS knowledge, and safeguarding expertise. We offer training via KP Academy, inclusive culture, DBS checks, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
