T&C Training & Competence Leader – Hybrid Leeds

The Openwork Partnership is recruiting for a T&C Manager – Supervision in Leeds, offering hybrid working with three days on-site. You will lead a Training & Competence team, ensuring data-driven oversight of adviser competence, supervisory activity and risks, while upholding regulatory, business standards and customer outcomes.

You will manage the T&C framework, drive consistency in supervisory decisions, and develop policies and documentation to support continued improvement.
