Data Quality Customer Success Manager – Hybrid

Experian is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join the UK EDQ Customer Success team. You will be the primary contact for existing clients, combining account management, customer success and commercial skills to maximise retention and growth.

You will focus on delivering high renewal rates, building relationships with executives and end-users, and uncovering cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with the EDQ team. This hybrid role uses Salesforce CRM to manage daily activity.
