Client Support Specialist – Remote Banking & Payments

Arbuthnot Latham is seeking a Client Support Assistant to act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional service experience across Banking and Direct Deposit. You’ll work closely with colleagues to uphold high standards and brand values, supporting a wide range of enquiries and payments with care.

As a team member you’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, process instructions, verify details, and assist with online banking, debit card servicing and cheque-related tasks.
