Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements

- Anticipate needs and resolve operational issues before they arise

Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment
- Experience in executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning
