The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Java Developer
to join a 6-month contract supporting an AWS migration programme.The primary focus of the project will be
migrating services from a single AWS account to a multi-account AWS environment . This is a hands-on development role, so we are looking for someone with strong Java coding skills who is comfortable writing, reviewing, testing and monitoring production-quality code.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:Designing and writing high-quality Java codeReviewing code produced by other developersDeveloping and maintaining unit testsMonitoring services and application performanceWorking with Grafana dashboardsReviewing logs and investigating issuesSupporting the migration of services from a single AWS account to a multi-account AWS structureWorking collaboratively with the wider engineering team throughout the migration
