Care Assistant – Flexible Shifts + Career Progression

Cera Care is seeking Female Care Assistants to support vulnerable individuals in their own homes in the Penrhyndeudraeth area, including surrounding towns. You will provide compassionate care, help with daily living tasks, and promote independence while respecting privacy and dignity.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; you may qualify for NVQ Level 2 or 3 through work-based learning and progression opportunities within the care team.
