Prison Literacy Facilitator – Peer-Led Reading Program

Shannon Trust is recruiting a facilitator for HMP Gartree to lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, helping prisoners learn to read.

The role is prison-based, fixed-term until 31 March 2027 with potential for permanency after renewal; benefits include a pension contribution up to 5%, 30 days holiday, life insurance, volunteering days, and employee support schemes.
