Knowledge Engineering Manager

Overview

In this role you lead the development of Knowledge Graph and AI-semantic solutions within a major program, shaping how client data is connected and leveraged at scale. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to craft standout graph-powered offerings, justify the business value, and drive end-to-end delivery. You contribute thought leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting sales and pre-sales efforts. This position combines technical leadership with strategic influence in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build of Knowledge Graph solutions and transform client data architectures within the program scope
• Design, develop, and implement AI and semantic components ensuring cohesive integration
• Collaborate with project leaders and client stakeholders to create graph-powered Data & AI offerings
• Develop strong client relationships and earn trust of key advisors
• Make the business case for the semantic layer solution to clients
• Contribute to Accenture sales and pre-sales activities
• Provide thought leadership on technology trends, opportunities, and risks
• Guide end-to-end delivery and cross-functional collaboration across teams

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus at least 4 of the following criteria
• Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies (RDF, SPARQL, LPG, SHACL)
• Strong schema design, ontology management, and KG curation
• Proven KG solution design/development and graph-based ML experience
• Experience with end-to-end data pipeline implementations for AI, especially LLMs
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, object stores, graph databases (Stardog, Neo4J, Amazon Neptune), and vector databases
