Neuro Rehab Support Worker – Training & Rotational Shifts

Brainkind is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to assist adults with brain injuries in a residential setting outside Broadbridge Heath. You will follow personal support plans to promote independence, help with daily living activities, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals.

No prior care experience is required, as full induction and specialist training are provided. The role offers part-time and full-time hours, with shifts rotating over a 4-week cycle
