Head of Governance & Company Secretarial

Faraday is seeking a Company Secretary and Head of Governance to join our London-based team. The role reports to the Head of Compliance and covers board secretarial duties and regulatory governance oversight for Faraday UK entities and MGAs.

You will maintain governance frameworks, support board effectiveness, and ensure regulatory responsibilities are embedded across the organisation. Strong UK/Lloyd’s regulatory experience is essential.
