Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to deliver two key projects within its personalisation portfolio. You will lead the procurement and implementation of a new Customer Data Platform while managing the selection of partners to improve the wider data estate. This role is focused on vendor selection, commercial delivery and moving multiple data initiatives from procurement into implementation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the existing Customer Data Platform procurement process, including the drafted RFP and identified vendors.
• Manage the RFP, evaluation, due diligence and vendor selection stages through to contract award.
• Lead the implementation of the selected Customer Data Platform, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
• Define the delivery plan, governance, dependencies, risks and commercial milestones across both projects.
• Manage the selection of an implementation partner for the wider data platform improvement programme.
• Coordinate projects covering Snowflake maturity, migration of existing models into Amazon SageMaker, Datadog improvements and the introduction of a data catalogue.
• Establish clear scopes, responsibilities and acceptance criteria for each delivery partner.
• Manage dependencies between procurement, technical delivery and the wider personalisation portfolio.
• Lead the subsequent MSP selection and contracting process once the projects are established.
• Provide clear reporting and escalation to the Programme Manager and senior stakeholders.
