They are seeking a Managing Director (Client Executive) to join the Public Sector leadership team, with responsibility for leading and growing the Public Sector Transport portfolio. This is a senior leadership position combining P&L ownership, client executive accountability, and growth leadership across a strategically significant subsector.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Serve as Client Executive and P&L owner for a portfolio of Public Sector Transport accounts
- Shape and execute growth strategy across a high‑impact public sector portfolio
- Originate, win, and expand complex transformation engagements
- Lead large, multi‑workstream programmes and portfolios of work
- Build trusted relationships with senior public sector stakeholders

Your Responsibilities
As a Managing Director – Public Sector Transport, you will:
- Own portfolio‑level strategy, growth, delivery quality, and profitability

- Manage portfolio‑level financial performance and margin delivery
- Act as senior sponsor and escalation point for key client engagements

Key Requirements
As a Managing Director / Client Executive, you should have:
- Executive‑level experience within a management consultancy or professional services firm
- Deep expertise across Public Sector Transport
- Proven track record growing multi‑million‑pound client portfolios
- Strong history of winning and expanding client engagements
