Senior Full Stack Engineer

Overview

In this role you’ll help design and build scalable, end-to-end platform capabilities for low-carbon technology projects. Responsibilities

• Bridge frontend and backend/infra across the stack to deliver end-to-end capabilities
• Own features end-to-end with autonomy and production-ready code
• Shape architecture for new projects while refactoring existing codebases
• Maintain high frontend standards in AI-assisted workflows and safeguard long-term code health
• Communicate technical ideas clearly with emphasis on high-signal context
• Keep releases smooth with automated CI/CD and production monitoring
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ship value efficiently

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience with the stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js on Vercel, Python, Django)
• Experience solving problems with strong solutions rather than fixed guidelines
• Proven ability to own the development cycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring
• Comfort tackling large-scale tasks individually
• Empathetic, collaborative approach to delegating work
• Ability to develop accessible websites and scalable, high-traffic sites
• Willingness to drive cross-functional work across frontend, backend, DevOps, and infrastructure
• Pragmatic AI mindset with experience in AI workflows and tooling
