• Manage a broad mix of acquisition finance, bridging and development loans, and investment property transactions
• Handle matters independently with client and stakeholder collaboration
• Provide transactional support and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute to business development and networking activities when appropriate

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ real estate or real estate finance experience
• Confidence handling transactions independently
