VANRATH are delighted to be working with a well-established, independent insurance broker who are looking to add an Insurance Advisor to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in broking who enjoys helping customers and wants to join a friendly, busy office with real support for training and development.

The role:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from new and existing policyholders
• Manage policy renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Prepare and issue policy documents in a timely manner
• Find the right cover for each customer by understanding their needs and explaining options clearly
• Build lasting relationships with clients and help keep them coming back

What you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years’ experience working within an insurance broker (personal lines ideal)
• A confident, friendly phone manner and a real focus on good customer outcomes
• Strong admin skills and comfort working with Microsoft Office and online systems
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• CII qualifications are a bonus. If you don’t have them yet, there’s support to study for them
