Construction Bid Manager: Pre-Construction & Tender Lead

Orion Group is partnering with a leading construction client to recruit a Bid Manager to join their team. You will own bids from concept to tender submission and contract award, ensuring strong commercial outcomes while managing costs and risk.

Based in Elgin or Inverness, you will coordinate with Directors, the Regional Estimator and Cost Planner, lead pre-construction activities, prepare tender documents, monitor tender progression, and advise on value engineering to maximise margin.
