Cladding & Fire Safety Remediation Project Manager

Future Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK developer to appoint a Project Manager in Manchester to deliver cladding and fire safety remediation projects on occupied residential developments. You will take responsibility from early stages through to handover, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client relationships.

The role focuses on cladding replacement, façade remediation, fire stopping and broader building safety works with a strong pipeline of remediation across the UK.
