Student Accommodation Front Desk Assistant

The University of Manchester is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Services Assistant to join our Accommodation team. You will be the first point of contact for students, guests and colleagues, helping to keep reception services running smoothly.

You will respond to enquiries, support day-to-day reception duties, assist with access, mail, payments and other admin tasks, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a positive, safe and well-managed accommodation experience.
