Library Customer Service & IT Support Assistant

Hertfordshire County Council’s Bishop’s Stortford Library is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to visitors, assist with IT support, information resources and book issue/return tasks. You will work in a busy public library, helping to create a welcoming community hub.

The role requires a proactive, reliable team member with good organisational skills and a positive attitude. Training is provided, with progression opportunities within the library service.
