Drainage & Logistics Operative – Winter Night Shifts

Leicester City Council is seeking a Drainage/Logistics Operative to join the Highways Maintenance Service. The role involves gully cleansing, sewer and watercourse work, and general highway construction and repair activities on site across Leicester.

Based at 90 Leycroft Road, you’ll work 37 hours per week with potential night shifts October to April and occasional overtime. A Class 1 or 2 HGV licence is essential, and training and progression opportunities are available.
