The Role as a Commercial Property Solicitor
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, with support from senior solicitors and the opportunity to build your own client base and technical expertise. Work will cover:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial lease negotiations and renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development work and site acquisitions
- Property finance and secured lending
- Supporting corporate teams on property aspects of business transactions
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical skills with a commercial approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proactive, client-focused, and solutions-driven mindset
- Experience managing your own caseload while working collaboratively within a team
