Potensis Selection are working with a leading residential developer to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join a established Residential Developer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in residential construction, technical coordination or building safety who is looking to work on complex mid-to-high-rise residential projects and develop their experience within a specialist function.
The Role
Working as part of an established Building Safety team, you will support the delivery of multiple residential projects from early-stage assessment through to completion, working closely with Technical Managers and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Technical Managers across a number of building safety and remediation projects
- Coordinating technical information, design and project documentation
- Liaising with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of building defects and technical issues
- Assisting with the delivery of remedial works across existing residential buildings
- Reviewing technical information and helping ensure projects progress in line with relevant standards and regulations
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, external consultants and regulatory stakeholders
- Supporting projects through the various stages of delivery through to completion
About You
We’re particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within:
- Technical coordination or technical management
- Mid-to-high-rise residential buildings
- Reinforced concrete structures
- Building safety or compliance-related projects
- Architectural, engineering or construction consultancy
You may currently be working as a Technical Coordinator, Assistant Technical Manager, Technical Assistant, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Coordinator or similar.
Candidates from architectural or consultancy backgrounds with relevant residential and remediation experience are also encouraged to apply.
