Residential Technical Coordinator – Design & Build

ARC Group is recruiting a Technical Coordinator for our Cambridge residential development projects. You will coordinate technical design packages, monitor buildability and ensure design information is compliant and build-ready throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Construction and Sales teams, as well as external consultants and statutory bodies to keep programmes on track, resolve technical issues, and support handover documentation.
