Operations & Community Support Manager

Boccia England is seeking a skilled Business Support Manager to lead administration, volunteer management and shop operations within a small team reporting to the Head of Operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to members and customers and driving efficient processes.

The candidate will develop SOPs, manage policies, support wellbeing initiatives and contribute to HR and membership activities, strengthening Boccia England’s community and services.
