Bid Manager – Public Sector & Renewables

Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid campaigns across mechanical, electrical, energy and renewable projects. You will manage the full bid lifecycle, coordinate with SMEs, ensure compliance, and deliver persuasive submissions under tight deadlines.

The role requires strong bid writing, meticulous organisation and collaboration with marketing to maintain the bid library and support team development. Some travel may be required.
