Public Sector Customer Contact Advisor

Bury Council is seeking customer-focused individuals to join the Customer Contact Team. You will handle telephone, email, web forms and face-to-face enquiries from the public across a range of council services, with full training provided.

The role is based in the Town Hall within a busy agile Contact Centre, working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm. You will update and access council systems to resolve enquiries at first point of contact, and you will need excellent
