Parking Administration & Appeals Officer

Malvern Hills and Wychavon District Councils are seeking a Parking Administration Officer to join the Parking Services Administration Team. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) with a salary of £26,847–£29,542 per annum.

You will review parking-related correspondence, register debts, and ensure processes are followed precisely to support a busy public service. Ideal candidates will analyse evidence, interpret legislation, and maintain high standards of service.
