Senior People Partner — Content Team (London, Hybrid)

9fin is seeking a Senior People Partner to work with the Chief Content Officer and Content teams in the UK and US. You will be embedded in the Content function, shaping org design, talent development, wellbeing, and key HR initiatives as the business scales.

You’ll coach leaders, drive people processes, and ensure fair, data-driven decisions across geographies, while collaborating with the broader People and Talent teams.
