Vitesse, the treasury and payments partner for insurers, is seeking a VP of Solutions & Delivery to lead Pre-Sales and Delivery across UK/Europe. You will shape strategy, oversee discovery, design, and implementation, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate revenue growth.

You will build and scale a cross-functional team, drive governance, and ensure delivery excellence from qualification to go-live, maintaining tight alignment with Customer Success.
