Chief People & Culture Officer (Public Sector)

The Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a Director of People to lead HR, organisational development, equality and inclusion, and training. The role is based at Brigade Headquarters in Aylesbury with a broad remit to shape workforce strategy and support the Service’s purpose and Community Risk Management Plan.

You will bring extensive senior HR/OD leadership, CIPD Level 7, and a track record of delivering culture change in the public sector. This is a permanent, full-time appointment.
