Customer Operations Lead — Early-Stage SaaS (London, Hybrid)

At Last is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to own the end-to-end customer experience—from onboarding to support—and to build the systems that scale our business in shipping applications. You will report to the CEO and co-founders, shaping how retailers, 3PLs, and customers interact with our platform.

In a small, fast-paced team, you will own onboarding, support, automation, and the tools that keep customers happy while helping the company grow.
